A written translation certified by a court interpreter is a translation certified by our longstanding licensed court interpreters, holding Master Degrees in the relevant languages and reappointed by the relevant Croatian courts every four years, by affixing their stamps. The difference between such translation and an ordinary translation is that a certified translation is bound with the original version or photocopy of the text/document being translated using a 3-color thread and a round white sticker, it has a cover page, each page is numbered, and a court interpreter’s certificate/declaration confirming that the translation is consistent with the original or copy is inserted at the end of the translation. What makes it formal is the fact that it is required for many institutions such as police administrations, schools, universities, courts, etc. An original translation certified by a court interpreter may only be collected at our office or sent by mail (postal service provider’s pricelist) or by courier, subject to prior agreement concerning the delivery cost.

As regards its quality, a written translation not certified by a court interpreter, a so-called ordinary translation, is no different than a certified translation. We make it in the same manner and using the same level of diligence as a certified translation. The difference is in the price – an ordinary translation is cheaper because it is not certified by a court interpreter’s stamp and may be provided as a hard copy at our office or sent by e-mail or mail (postal service provider’s pricelist) or by courier, subject to prior agreement concerning the delivery cost.
You are short of time? No problem. As regards our certified translations, we can arrange for your translation to be delivered by mail or courier, subject to prior agreement concerning the delivery cost. You do not need to collect your translation personally.
We deliver ordinary printed translations personally at our office or by e-mail or mail (postal service provider’s pricelist) or by courier, subject to prior agreement concerning the delivery cost.
In addition to quality, we pay a great deal of attention to the accuracy of our translations and use our best efforts to make the translation as consistent with the original as reasonably possible. In case of any special requests concerning the graphical editing of text, we will arrange for such service to be provided, subject to our prior agreement concerning the extraordinary costs of graphical editing of text.
